A practice built from lived experience — and the conviction that capable people deserve to feel like themselves again.
Chronic fatigue. Brain fog. Digestive issues. And at its worst, severe insomnia. I would lie in bed completely exhausted, but unable to fall asleep until sunrise. Then I would wake a few hours later — foggy, depleted — and try to function, knowing I wasn't showing up the way I was capable of.
My energy was inconsistent. My focus wasn't clear. I couldn't rely on my body the way I needed to.
I didn't just want to feel better. I wanted to feel like myself again. From the outside, nothing seemed obviously wrong. But I knew something wasn't right.
It was then that I first came across the idea that everything might be connected — especially through the gut. The gut–brain connection changed how I began thinking about my symptoms. This wasn't just about sleep. Or fatigue. Or digestion. It was a system.
So I made a decision. If I was going to continue living like this, I had to make a change. I committed to a strict shift in my diet, and for four weeks I stayed consistent.
And something happened. For the first time in a long while, I was able to fall asleep at night — not perfectly, but enough to feel a real difference. I still remember that morning. It was the first real sign that my body could respond.
That experience led me to pursue alternative medicine. I trained in acupuncture and chiropractic care and saw how effective these approaches could be. But over time, I began to notice a pattern.
For many chronic conditions, treatment alone wasn't enough. People would improve — but not fully. Or their symptoms would return.
The same way I had to take ownership of my own health, others need guidance, structure, and support to do the same. That realization led me to create an online community and classes — so that people with similar challenges can connect, stay accountable, and walk through the process of healing alongside one another.
My role is to help you understand why your symptoms are happening, and what needs to shift to restore balance — through a structured approach, not a single treatment.
Today, I guide clients in understanding why their symptoms are happening — and what needs to change to restore balance. Because when your energy is inconsistent, your clarity is off, and your body isn't reliable, it affects everything.
I do this work not through isolated treatments, but through a structured approach that restores predictable energy, clear thinking, and consistent performance — the kind of foundation a capable life is built on.
In many ways, my role is not just a provider, but a guide. Someone who can help you understand the system you are living inside — and the small, deliberate changes that begin to bring it back into alignment.
